Food Club at St Mark’s
Friday 1.30 – 3 pm
The Food Club supports local residents experiencing financial hardship by giving access to food and basic supplies at a very reasonable price. With energy prices and inflation rising the Food Club is likely to be a much-needed service in the coming months.
Food Club receives food from FareShare and the Epsom & Ewell Foodbank as well as local collections. As well as helping local residents the scheme helps to reduce food waste.
The donation box in the welcome area of the church is now for items for the Food Club. We already have plenty of pasta and tins of soup but would really welcome donations of jams, coffee, honey, tinned ready meals, tinned fish. Washing up liquid and other household cleaning items are also very welcome.
