Our Thursday service of Communion is a quiet reflective one where we look at different books of the Bible in more depth than on Sundays. We work our way through whole books or, if they are very long, the key passages. There is a reflection on the passage informed by Bible commentaries with a bit of language and cultural background then we have some open discussion and question and answer time about how to apply what we have learned. The service is from 10 til about 10.45 when we have drinks and biscuits and informal chat.
