Last Sunday about 80 people shared Breakfast with Santa. Afterwards others joined us for our Sunday@Ten service when we gave our gifts to Santa and heard from Sandra from ESDAS about how these gifts would be used. Thank you to Janet Willock and Liz Lord and the team who organised the breakfast, to Ben Hansford who cooked, to the Mayor of Reigate & Banstead, Cllr Jill Bray, who served the teas and coffees and last but by no means least those that helped to clear up afterwards.
ESDAS wrote On behalf of everyone at ESDAS I would like to say a huge thank you to the congregation for donating gifts for the children of our clients this Christmas. This can be an extremely difficult time of the year for our families and the generosity of people makes a huge difference to them. Not only does it mean that children will get a present, but also our clients are really touched that they are being thought of and cared about and they feel more connected to the community.
